TREATS FROM TILBURY

I thought I'd share this trio of Tilbury treats with you today, but first let's talk about the lovely lady that is Miss Tilbury as I absolutely adore her! Charlotte Tilbury is one of the world's most sought-after makeup artists, she often draws on Kate Moss's mug. She's famous for her artistic eye work, feline flicks and sex-tastic looks. CT's enthusiasm for glamour and beauty is infectious and she's such a joy to listen to, watch and learn from (See Sali Hughe's interview: In The Bathroom with Charlotte Tilbury here).

Back in 2013, CT launched her very own makeup collection which brings us to the beautifully packaged products in hand. After hearing an abundance of wonderful things, I decided to snap up a few bits from the range and they've since become every day staples in my makeup arsenal, here's why:

First up we have Full Fat Lashes in glossy black (£22). When it comes to mascara, I like heavy volume and lengthy results and this one trick wonder ticks all the boxes. The grooved brush deposits just the right amount of product onto your lashes which you can keep natural or build on for something more dramatic, I personally love to tar it on but this looks lovely after a light two-coat job. I think I may have found the one!

Next in line is the Lip Cheat pencil in pillow talk (£16). This rich, velvety liner is an absolute gem, it glides on seamlessly to create a natural, plump and luscious lip - think your gob but better, or Kylie Jenner's if you go all out. This shade is uber flattering and virtually undetectable too, an essential in everyday lip service.

Last but certainly not least is CT's Airbrush Flawless Finish skin perfecting micro powder (£33). I've tried out a range of powders from Rimmel to Chanel and this one is by far the best to have graced my (ever so shiny) face. This stuff will keep your visage in place for hours and no-one will even know it's there, winner.
